Plastics for exhibits

Polyethylene is much nicer to use for strapping books on exhibit.
Does someone have a source for narrow strips of polyethylene to be
used for this?  Also inert foam to be used for books wedges on
exhibit.  I have the information on Read Plastics and ordering
Ethafoam from them.  Is there another source where one could get
smaller quantities?
