LBI standards

Regarding Charlotte Brown's question re the librarians' guide to the LBI
Standard--it's out.  Merrill-Oldham, Jan and Paul Parisi. *Guide to the
Library Binding Institute Standard for Library Binding.*  Chicago:
American Library Association, 1990.  I think it costs $17.50 per copy.

For those who don't know about the Guide--it's a companion piece to the
LBI Standard (not a stand-alone document), and follows the text of the
Standard point by point.  It's numbering scheme matches that of the
Standard to facilitate cross referencing.  Heavily illustrated by Gary
Frost; 6 appendices.
