Saddle stapler

Does anyone know of a currently available saddle stapler that uses
stainless steel staples (also available)?  We would like something that
could accomodate a pam up to about 10 or 11" wide.  Because of cost and
upkeep, we prefer foot or hand operated, rather than electric.

    ****We're looking for a good reliable Ford, not a BMW****
