Encapsulation

Pam Barrios has an article in the June 1989 Abbey Newsletter about how
to do just the kind of encapsulating of folios your message of Feb. 20
describes.  We made a miniature sample to see how it works, and I can
recommend it with confidence.  She used a Minter ultrasonic welder.
