Subject: Encapsulation
In response to encapsulating conjugate book leaves, Glen Ruzicka has an article in the BPGA 88 on the way that process was accomplished at the Library of Congress. They welded pieces of remay to the mylar (if I recall correctly). In a project I did at Columbia, I didn't have access to a welder and was forced to use double sided tape. I used strips of bond weight permalife across the fold, and these strips were sewn through. It actually worked pretty well.
