Freezers for nitrate negatives

We're looking to replace the freezer we use for nitrate negative storage
with a new model.  I would appreciate recommendations for models and
manufacturers that meet appropriate preservation concerns: an acceptably
stable environment through any defrost cycle, locks, reliability.
