Constructing a fumigation chamber

SUNY Health Science Center at Syracuse is now in the process of
designing a new library building. Among the features of this building
will be a preservation lab. Could anyone give any advice about
installing a fumigation chamber in this lab? Materials? Names of
suppliers? Cost?
