Subject: UV meters
I recently received a brochure from Art Preservation Services that, among other quite nifty items, includes a UV meter. (APS is, btw, run by Steven Weintraub, so this is probably a pretty good instrument). From the brochure: "This small battery operated unit features a a special remote sensor making it easy to determine the amount of radiation striking the surface of an object from a single source or a number of different sources. The unit can be adjusted to read low, medium and high levels of irradience. A digital display increases precision and readability.
