AALL Preservation Committee Report

I am the editor of the Preservation News column in C & RL news and,
alas, the author of the misinformation about the publication date of the
Report of the AALL Special Committee on Preservation Needs.  I believed
that the report had been published, but as Mike Widener found out, it
has not. Margaret Leary, Chair of the Special Committee, expects to
submit the final manuscript next week, so it should be published
sometime in August.  Anyone who wants a copy should contact the AALL
office late in the summer.  I am very sorry for any inconvenience this
may have caused.
