Subject: Binding costs
I am looking for anu information on added charges incurred on commercial binding invoices. Namely, do most institutions incur these charges separately from the normal cost/volume quoted by their commercial binders. Also looking for information people may be willing to provide such as percentage of overall dollars spent vs. dollars spent on these added charges.
