A profile of Denver's conservation community, written by Denver painting conservator Carmen F. Bria, Jr. "Cultural Aesthetics and Conservation in New Mexico," an article by Landis Smith, Claire Munzenrider, Bettina Raphael, and Keith Bakker based on their panel at the last WAAC Meeting. Discussion about protesting Colorado's Amendment 2: A letter from Glenn Wharton discussing boycotting Colorado, and a position statement from AIC Board President Paul Himmelstein. A lengthy Technical Exchange column, edited by Walter Henry, offering information on diverse topics from commercially-ground pigment in Acryloid B-72 binder, to formaldehyde-free fiberboard, to low-cost Macintosh software.
