Locked book trucks and hand-held copiers

Alice Loranth at Cleveland Public Library has asked about a source of
locking book trucks and mini, hand-held photocopiers.  I don't have
anything.  Can anyone help?  Please reply to me, since I don't have an
Internet address for Alice.
