WAAC Technical Exchange

I have been given the honor of carrying the baton passed by our esteemed
whenry: editing the Technical Exchange column of the WAAC newsletter.
As many of you know, this consists of a couple of pages of nifty nuggets
of neat news of the technical persuasion: perhaps a new product or
source or procedure?
