The Preservation of Library Materials Section/Reproduction of Library
Materials Section (PLMS/RLMS) Joint Reporting Session provides an
opportunity for organizations with preservation concerns and individuals
working on preservation projects to update others on their progress and
share information with those concerned about preservation issues.
Speakers at this conference's session and the topics they will discuss
include:

    Carolyn Morrow, Akzo's withdrawal from providing deacidification of
        library materials
    Barclay Ogden, Collection Conservation Training Projects
    Jennifer Banks, ASTM Library Adhesives Committee
    Jutta Reed-Scott, Association of Research Libraries
    Nancy Elkington, Research Libraries Group
    Julie Arnott, Solinet
    Ann Russell, Northeast Document Conservation Center
    Tom Clareson, Amigos

There will also be a handout describing the current preservation
activities at the Library of Congress.
