New chair for NOTIS PIG

To the members of the NOTIS Preservation Interest Group:

I am pleased to announce that Robert S. Lamb III of Indiana State
University has volunteered to chair the NOTIS Preservation Interest
Group.  Mr. Lamb has a long association with the issues of library
preservation and automation, and comes to interest group with, in his
words, "lots of ideas and lots of enthusiasm".  He w[ill become] chair
March 1, 1994.
