    Subject: SPNHC Annual Meeting

    The Society for the Preservation of Natural History Collections
    (SPNHC) will be holding holding its annual meeting at the Missouri
    Botanical Garden, May 11-15 in St. Louis, Missouri.  The meeting
    will be held in conjunction with the Association of Systematic
    Collections (ASC) annual meeting.  The theme for the meeting is
    Collections Care and Collections Policies.  Topics include the 1992
    Madrid Symposium and World Congress Resolution, NIC's project on the
    conservation and preservation of natural science collections and
    ASC's Systematics Agenda 2000.  SPNHC will also conduct a workshop
