Old Wei T'o

When we needed to get rid of old Wei T'o, our usual hazardous waste
disposer (the university) did not want to deal with it.  They said the
normal procedure would be to return such unused mixtures to the
manufacturer.  So we shipped the containers back to Wei T'o.
