The discussion will focus on successful implementation of preservation
projects in smaller libraries, particularly in setting priorities and
reaching objectives.  The impact of limited staff and budget, reliance
on local access and use, and strong service imperative will be
considered. Participants will have an opportunity to discuss the design
of past, present or future preservation projects.

Participants will be asked to select a Discussion Group chair for
1994/95.
