South African Paper Conservation Group AGM and Conservation Workshop Program Cape Town, November 1994 The South African Paper Conservation Group has been in existence for 9 years. It concerns itself with the continued education of its members and other interested parties, in the preservation of paper artefacts, manuscripts and library materials. The Annual General Meeting will be held in Cape Town on 16 November 1994, and following this, the South African Paper Conservation Group is offering four workshops which will be presented on the 17th and 18th November 1994. Two workshops will run concurrently and will be repeated, thereby enabling all participants to attend all four workshops during the two days. Topics to be presented are as follows: * After the flood--disaster planning by Sally and Alan Barclay * Conservation mounting and framing by Gerda Engelbrecht and Joanne Bibby * Basic principles of photographic conservation by Jean Small * Display cradles for books by Johann Maree.
