I am conducting research on the treatment, exhibition, storage and tasting (I mean testing) of chocolate works of art for an upcoming publication. If anyone has examples of analysis, conservation treatments or deteriorated chocolate art, please contact me as soon as possible. The publication is due in London in mid-January, but the oral presentation will not be given until September.
