Effective immediately, the ConsDir will no longer be available by
anonymous ftp. It *will* continue to be available both for searching,
browsing, and retrieval, from Conservation OnLine. (Reason: there
weren't enough retrievals to warrant continuing to pay for the account,
which was a personal expense, or for the extra labour).
