Position at the University Library of Berne, Switzerland.
Book Conservator

The University Library of Berne cares for substantial collections of
books and book related objects. Preservation and conservation needs are
performed by a team of three conservators and an intern.

The Library is looking for a Conservator to carry out preservation as
well as practical conservation tasks on a wide range of books including
a large scale project on maps.

Candidates have to be German speaking and posses a conservation
qualification or equivalent experience with proven practical ability and
should be able to start work on the 1st of May 1995
