RFP for disaster recovery services

We are trying to set up a pre-approved contract for disaster
recovery services with a major restoration company in case of a
major disaster at our records center.

Anyone on the list, or if you knows someone that has RFI (request
For Information) or RFP (Request For Proposal) for such disaster
recovery service arrangements and are willing to share it, please
