Preservation policies and procedures

I have been charged by the American Association of Law Libraries's
Preservation Committee to compile the preservation policies of law
libraries (and other appropriate institutions). So, if you have
preservation policies and procedures which you are willing to share,

Appropriate credit will be given to individuals and institutions
submitting their preservation policies. The compilation would be
