Subject: Glue sticks
Karen Pavelka is quite right about the virtues of a plastic syringe for applying a thin line of adhesive of your choice. However, if you are doing much gluing of this type, a better alternative is a paint striping tool, which is available from art supply stores (e.g. Howards Art Supply 1256 Dual Highway Hagerstown, MD 21742 1-800-899-5410 for under ten dollars. It, also, can be filled with the adhesive of your choice, and it is much easier touse to make controlled lines of adhesive. It has the disadvantage of needing to be cleaned more frequently than a syringe. Rupert N.
