Subject: Math web site
Thought I'd pass on a recent find on the web. For those of us who need to use mathematics but not often enough to prevent that "use it or lose it" phenomenon there is a great resource for finding all those formulae that you can no longer remember - Dave's Math Tables. There are sections for trig, geometry, algebra, statistics, calculus and so forth, as well as a math dictionary. The information is also bilingual - English and Spanish. This gem can be found at <URL:http://www.sisweb.com/math/tables.htm> **** Moderator's comments: There is a link to this resource from the "Conservation Resources at Other Sites" page in Conservation OnLine <URL:http://palimpsest.stanford.edu/misc/conslink.html> J.
