Call For Papers ICOM-Committee for Conservation 12th Triennial Meeting Lyon, France 29 August - 4 September 1999 Working Group Session for Glass, Ceramics and Related Materials Those who are interested in presenting a paper or poster dealing with the deterioration, conservation or stabilization of these materials are invited to submit an abstract of no more than 300 words by July 30, 1998.You will be notified in August, 1998 regarding the abstract. Those authors who are asked to submit a manuscript must be certain that their completed manuscripts with illustrations are received by the Coordinator no later than November 30, 1998. Submission of an abstract indicates the acceptance of this manuscript deadline by the author. This is a firm deadline. The final decision regarding the acceptance of papers and posters rests with the Preprints Committee. Authors will be notified of the decision of the Committee in March, 1999. The papers and abstracts of posters will be included in the two Preprints volumes which will be distributed at the conference. It is not necessary to be a member of ICOM in order to contribute a paper or poster although ICOM members are given precedence in the selection process.
