Subject: Storage of electronic fuses
We have some old fuses that need proper storage guidelines. They are Dry Electrolytic cell fuses out of a 1950 Fender Pre-amplifier that a curator has said may be flammable. The fuses are said to have a 26 year life-span, but show no outward signs of corrosion, deterioration or instability. Do you know how should these best be stored to maintain artifact integrity and overall safety?
