Conference fee at UKP65.00 (UKP55.30 + UKP9.70 VAT).  Fee to include
lunch, refreshments and a copy of Levels of Collection Care by Nancy
Bell and Helen Lindsay, published by Re:source.

You will be invoiced for the full amount, and a provisional booking
made.  Invoices must be paid in full by 31st October to confirm your
place.  Cancellations made after 6th November will not be refunded.
However, a substitute delegate is acceptable.

All payments must be made in UK sterling.  Payment may be made by
personal or institutional cheque or by BACS or another system of
inter-institutional transfer.  Payment by credit or debit cards are
not acceptable.
