Internship Elm City Parks Conservancy New Haven The Elm City Parks Conservancy, a not-for-profit parks advocacy organization working on behalf of New Haven, Connecticut's splendid parks system, has one internship available for the summer 2001. This intern will work with the Monuments Conservation Program director in inventorying and writing condition assessments for each monument and plaque located in New Haven's park system. The intern should be interested in art history and parks, and have some preservation experience. Research, writing and photography skills are needed. Interns with basic metals (especially bronze) conservation treatment skills/maintenance experience would be especially welcome. Dates and hours for the internship are flexible.
