    3.  Library Information Systems and the Commercial Binding
        Software Interface: At the last meeting there was
        considerable discussion of the need for an interface between
        commercial library binding software and library information
        systems.  The following items continue that discussion:

        *   Ex Libris and ABLE, LLC;  "ILS Link", a true
            barcode-driven ILS / binding module interface :  Paul

        *   Innovative Interfaces Inc. and the new bindery
            interface: Ted Fons of III (30 mins. includes
            discussion)

        *   ILS Data Capture: Marco Smits from SF-Systems  (30 mins.

            functions independently of ILS and binding preparation
            software, and makes information from any ILS system
            directly available for library binding preparation using
            text capturing technology.
