The first meeting of the 2001-02 year for the Bay Area Art Conservation Guild (BAACG) will be held Wednesday, September 12th, 6:30pm-8:30pm with speaker, Candis Griggs, objects conservator, in the Anthropology Resource Room (Science Building, Room 270) on the San Francisco State University campus. Ms. Griggs' topic will be "Archaeological Conservation: Betelnut Spit and Other Stories". This meeting is free for BAACG members; non-member cost is $5.00; student cost is $3.00.
