Paper Conservator Nationalmuseum and Prins Eugens Waldemarsudde Museums of Fine Arts Nationalmuseum and Prins Eugens Waldemarsudde Museums of Fine Arts are situated in Stockholm, Sweden. Together they have c. 180 employees. Nationalmuseum of Fine Arts is looking for an experienced paper conservator for the care of the collections as well as work in connection with an extensive exhibition programme. The museums collection of prints and drawings includes an important collection of European old master drawings and European architectural drawings. It totals around 200 000 objects and is considered one of the ten major collections of the world in this field. It is the object of extensive art historical research by Swedish as well as international scholars. The post includes the responsibility of coordinating the daily work of the paper conservation studio. The studio has a total of three employees and is a part of the Department of Collections. Applicants should have a broad and documented experience of work with old master drawings and architectural drawings.
