Laser Cleaning in Conservation This intensive two-day training course, held at the award-winning Conservation Centre in Liverpool, provides conservators with an excellent opportunity to learn about the application of laser technology to the cleaning of works of art. The course provides a basic understanding of the principles involved and valuable practical experience, through a series of lectures, discussions and 'hands-on' work in the conservation studios of the National Museums and Galleries on Merseyside. The number of participants for each course is limited to four in order to maximise time available for practical work.
