24th Annual General Meeting of the Institute of Paper Conservation The twenty-fourth AGM of the Institute of Paper Conservation will be held on Friday 22 March 2002 at the Art Workers Guild, 6 Queen Square, London at 5:30pm. Agenda 1. to introduce the Committee 2. to receive and approve the Minutes of the 23rd AGM 3. to receive and approve the Report of the Trustees 4. to receive and approve the Financial Statements 5. to pass a resolution to allow the committee to appoint auditors and to fix their remuneration 6. close of formal business (From Statute 5c: The only ordinary matters which may be discussed at the AGM are the annual report and accounts and appointment of the auditors. Other matters will be deemed to be Extraordinary business.) The official business will be followed, time allowing, by open discussion. At 6.30pm there will be an illustrated talk by Elizabeth Sobczynski: 'The Deir al-Surian 2000 Project - Christian manuscripts from the monastery Deir al-Surian (Egypt) - their survival into the third millennium'. Afterwards there will be drinks and light refreshments. It would greatly help the Chairman and Treasurer to make accurate and informed replies, if any question that a member would like to raise could be sent to the IPC office no later than Monday 18 March.
