Manager of AATA Online and Bibliographic Services Getty Conservation Institute Manager of AATA Online and Bibliographic Services, Getty Conservation Institute (GCI) Coordinate all aspects of the production of AATA Online (see aata.getty.edu) by working with international abstractors, editors, conservation centers, publishers and indexing services. Promote and develop AATA Online in a way that addresses the conservation community's evolving needs. Provide expertise in the development of bibliographies using standards and controlled vocabularies for GCI research and make them available on the web. Responsible for 4 professional staff, budget and operations of the AATA Online and Bibliographic Services unit of the GCI Information Resources Group, plus related consultants and volunteers. M.L.S., or equivalent degree, and at least 5 years experience working in abstracting and indexing environment required. Demonstrated successful management of a database service, or similar reference tool, staff, consultants, and numerous volunteers is also required.
