Subject: Washington Conservation Guild
The first Washington Conservation Guild meeting of the 2002-2003 season will be held Thursday, October 10th in the Mumford room of the Madison Building of the Library of Congress. The speaker will be Andrew Robb, Senior Photograph Conservator at the Library of Congress. His topic will be "Biological Hazards, Cultural Property and Emergency Response". The reception will begin at 5:00 followed by the program at 5:45. The closest metro is Capitol South. Entry may be made either at C St. or the main entrance on Independence Avenue. Union Station metro is about a 15 minute walk from the Madison Building. This promises to be a fascinating and timely presentation. We look forward to seeing many Guild members and new faces are always welcome. *** Conservation DistList Instance 16:25 Distributed: Wednesday, October 2, 2002 Message Id: cdl-16-25-012 ***Received on Friday, 27 September, 2002
