Subject: Historic color photographic processes
While doing some research on the history of color photography, I found a tremendous new resource that might be of interest to followers of this discussion group. The Reproductions Department of the George Eastman House has prepared a study set of forty 35mm slides based on the key historical color processes in its collection. The study set includes multiple views of various historic processes including some great macro photography. Relatively common processes such as Kodachrome and SX-70 are illustrated as well as more rare processes such as Lippmann, Uvachrome, Joly, Mc Donough and Ives 2-color. The study set is available for $160. Please contact Janice Madhu at jkm [at] geh__org for more details.
