Senior Tutor Victoria and Albert Museum UKP25,900 to UKP29,763 per annum The RCA/V&A Conservation Programme <URL:http://www.conservation.rca.ac.uk/> is an award-winning and unique partnership in postgraduate education, training and research between the V&A and the Royal College of Art. The Programme is delivered in collaboration with a number of London museums and heritage organisations, and in association with Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine. The post of Senior Tutor is supported jointly by the V&A and the RCA to enable the Museum's input to RCA/V&A Conservation. The senior tutor takes a leading role in many aspects of the Programme, with particular emphasis on the MA course. You will be educated to degree level in conservation or other relevant subject in the sciences, arts, or engineering, and will have at least five years experience in conservation practice. A postgraduate qualification is desirable and it is essential that you have made a significant and published contribution to your field by research or professional practice. Good inter-personal skills and enthusiasm for learning and teaching are required, as well as a flexible and creative approach to management.
