The DistList will, as always, be on hiatus during the AIC annual
meeting, June 7-13, 2004. This will also indicate the end/beginning
of the DistList's yearly emission cycle.

The last mailing prior to the hiatus is expected to be Tuesday, June
6, 2005. In order to be considered for that mailing, your
submission *must* be received by Monday, June 13, 2005 12 pm Eastern
Standard Time; anything not accepted for the Tuesday mailing will be
held until after the meeting.
