Artlab Australia conserves and preserves cultural heritage resources
within South Australia, Australia and internationally. Artlab
delivers its services to arts agencies, other organisations and the
public, and operates as a government business enterprise. These
services include preventive programs, remedial treatments, community
support and education.

Artlab is seeking a new Paper Conservator who will undertake complex
paper conservation treatments and also coordinate paper conservation
projects for a broad range of clients. This interesting and
challenging position involves working with a broad range of
materials including books, maps, plans and art works.

A degree in materials conservation or appropriate degree in science
is essential. A relevant degree or equivalent in the conservation of
cultural materials specialising in the conservation of paper is
desirable.
