I believe ACR markets a "conservation logger" which can be paired
with a Lumatect UV/Visible light sensor developed by Controlyne.  I
tested an early version of this sensor, which had a fairly limited
battery life (about 2-3 weeks before it needed a new 9V alkaline
battery). If you go this route, you may want to investigate the
possibility of using a lithium battery or powering the sensor with
an external power supply.

The Elsec 764 and 774 meters are also available with datalogging
functions.
