The Chief, Conservation Division, works under the general guidance
and administrative supervision of the Director for Preservation. The
incumbent plans, organizes, and directs the programs of the
Conservation Division. Manages highly technical and complex
conservation programs, involving coordination between various
organizational components of the Library of Congress. The incumbent
has broad latitude in executing program objectives and final
responsibility on program and administrative matters.
