Helene has been involved in over 1500 disaster related incidents. She believes that too often we save the paper and the books from the flood but damage the people in the process. We have coaches for football and tennis, and for just about everything else in life. People are now turning to Helene to coach and mentor them through their disaster incident. She will explain what happens to individuals when there is noone to help them. Helene did her postgraduate work in Coaching and Mentoring with Professor Anne Brockbank at City University.
