Parchment bindings damaged by fire

We are looking for specialists with experience in the restauration
of heat/fire damaged parchment bindings dating from the 17th-18th
centuries. Ideally we would like to send two of our restaurators to
such a workshop for sort of an internship (perhaps two weeks?).
Conditions are negotiable.
