I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice, but I would treat
this material with the same tender care I'd treat the printed word
or an image from a museum. That is, I would not use it without
permission, unless explicit permission is given at the site.

Your best bet is to consult an attorney familiar with copyright law
before you do anything.
