AIC Annual Meeting
Lunch for Conservators Working on Contemporary Public Art
Thursday, April 19, 2007
12:15-2 pm

A self pay lunch has been organized for conservators working on
contemporary public art on April 19, 2007 at the AIC annual meeting.
We'll introduce recent topics in the conservation of contemporary
public art, including possible methods for more direct communication
between colleagues, the need for standardized assessment,
documentation, and records management, pre-fabrication consulting,
interviewing artists, and the need for better outreach from
conservators to artists and public art owners/administrators.
