Share a conservation lab in a nice location (near to LAX and major
freeways) with natural lighting and easy parking.  There are two
offices in the front and the back is a rectangle warehouse with 20
foot ceiling and rolling garage door (great for big projects). Total
1600 square feet, 800 of it is for rent including one front office.
The lab also has a 4 x 8 foot (very large) sink for sharing.  Rent
