Client Liaison (Conservation Project Coordinator) Intermuseum Conservation Association Regular Full Time Position The Intermuseum Conservation Association (ICA), a regional not-for-profit art conservation center established in 1952, is seeking a highly skilled Client Liaison to join our conservation lab located on the Westside of Cleveland, just minutes from downtown. The client liaison will work under the supervision of the conservation staff, managing and coordinating all client relations and administrative functions directly related to ongoing conservation projects. Essential Job Functions: Maintain effective relationships with clients by providing day-to-day client support and serve as a liaison between the client and conservators. Maintain responsibility for client communication by meeting with and corresponding directly (in written and verbal formats) with conservation clients, including but not limited to phone calls, emails, initial consultations, letters, meetings, and follow-ups, during and after completion of project. Work with conservators and clients to establish project scheduling, balancing competing priorities and demands. Generate written, narrative reports and cost estimates based on notes from conservators to send to clients or third parties. Work with administrative staff and conservators to track object status and location, produce invoices, and track payment status. Schedule photography; catalog photographs; produce digital or printed copies for clients. Maintain and organize all essential paperwork and files (digital and hard copies) related to projects. Use various software applications, such as spreadsheets and relational databases to assemble, manipulate and/or format data to produce reports. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Associate's Degree required, Bachelor's or higher preferred. Two years of related work experience required or equivalent additional education. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple and complex projects. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including but not limited to the ability to write routine reports and correspondence; speak effectively to customers and staff; respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers. Exercise independent judgment and assume responsibility for decisions, consequences, and results having an impact on people, costs, and/or quality of service within the organization. Outstanding public service orientation attitude. Ability to resolve issues in a diplomatic and professional manner. Mature, well poised, and polished with the ability to interact at all levels.
