Recent collection security incidents from major libraries around the world prove that now is a vital time to communicate new ideas and experiences in safeguarding collections. Library collections are there to be used, but how best to keep them safe? The aim of this conference is to share information on market intelligence, technology watch, trend analysis and research into collection security. It will provide a forum to share experience in managing risks to library collections, investigating incidents and preventing loss.
